Moderex PU Foam Dressing with border and Optisil Silicone dressing for moderate to heavy exuding wounds

Excellent capacity dressing for use on moderately to heavily exuding wounds. Four piece construction comprising of the Optisil silicone contact layer which gently adheres to the wound bed allowing exudate to pass through and does not strip the skin of newly formed epidermal cells, then it's a non woven layer followed by the super absorbent PU foam core before finishing with a water and bacteria protective backing
